DELIVERY, RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

1. Delivery of purchases

It is up to the customer to check the shipments on arrival of his order and to make any reservations and complaints that appear justified. Moemia MarketPlace cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are set by the carrier on the basis of an amount per Kg. The costs are set according to the weight of the order

2. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), has taken physical possession of the goods purchased (or of the last good, batch or part if the contract relates to the delivery of several goods or several batches or parts delivered separately). You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from your order to Made In Togo SARL before the 14-day period expires and return your product.

Effect of withdrawal

The effect will be that we will refund any payments we have received from you. We will use the same means of payment as you used when placing your initial order, unless you expressly agree to a different means. We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the product(s).

You must bear the direct cost of returning the product(s). You will be responsible for the depreciation of the value of the product(s) resulting from manipulations (other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this product(s)).

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


  • the delivery of products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection, if you have unsealed them or which have, after delivery, been inseparably mixed with other items;

  • the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software when you have unsealed them after delivery;

  • delivery of products that have been made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

  • the supply of products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

  • the supply of alcoholic beverages whose value agreed at the conclusion of the contract depends on fluctuations in the market beyond our control.
