The Carrier undertakes to preserve the cleanliness and good condition of the Goods delivered to it. The seller undertakes not to return Goods containing perishable products or products of questionable hygiene to the Carrier.
No user of the site may publish information that is defamatory, offensive or harmful to third parties. Moemia Marketplace will remove any unethical information as soon as it becomes aware of it. Carrier, seller accept in advance that the notices concerning them can be published on the Platform.
